PMC Casing Thread Line
OCTG operates the only PMC double-ended casing threading lines available
outside of a tube mill. The PMC casing lines are capable of applying API short,
long and buttress connections at a rate of 1,000 joints/10 mr turn.
PMC Tubing Thread Line
The PMC Tubing Line threads casing and tubing having OD's of 2-3/8" - 5-1/2".
The PMC Tubing Line applies API threads at the rate of 10 sec/joint cycle time.
This line is complemented by a pair of 4" Ajax Upsetting Machines. Under
Installation - Completion Est. July 2011
Mori Seiki Casing Thread Line
OCTG also operates a doubled-ended MoriSeiki SL-8 casing thread line, with
in-line cut-off saw and coupling buck-on unit. The Mori Seiki Line applies API
short, long or buttress threads at a rate of 200 joints/turn.
